You should be very careful before calling a traffic exchange a click exchange.
Looking at your list I do not see a single click exchange.
Click exchanges are very immoral and against the TOS of ALL ad agencies such as AdSense,BidVertiser etc.
A click exchange as rules that you must click ads on others sites-traffic exchange have no such condition-and that is a huge thing.
What you are doing by calling these legitimate traffic exchanges click exchanges is very wrong of you and I think you had better make a public apology to them-before they take legal action against you.
