If you have lead capture pages in your website, you work does not end by just having them in your website. You need to get people to come to your website through these pages because until people arrive, your task does not end. So now the question is, how do you promote the links of these pages to bring people to your website?

Emails and Autoresponders

The internet offers many opportunities for those who wish to make promotions. Emails and autoresponders are common for all companies to reach out to customers. Do you use them? If you are using them, half of your work is done already. If you are not using autoresponders and emails, you need to initiate them any time – they often do not require any extra or very much expenditure, but solve many of your problems.

The link to your lead pages can be used in these emails and autoresponders. Readers on seeing the links in the emails, usually click on them and reach to the website of the company if you have a good enough call to action, inviting them to click for a free download, for instance. The leads generation task of the company would thus be accomplished – as advertising is done.

Print or Online Brochures

If you are using brochures for different activities of your company, then you can make use of the link of such lead pages well and effectively in these brochures. The brochures provide the link in them either via online version or via printable format, sending with stamps and labels so that when the customers are ultimately reading them they can know more about the company by getting directed into the company. For communicating with people around the globe, email can be the best medium. There are no boundaries attached to emails as well like paid postage rates that vary per country - at least at this point in time.

 So what you need is to create a mailing list database for subscribers or members of your mailing list. Then via the web, you will send emails to your list for marketing your products and services. This technique of business promotion is often referred to as ‘email marketing.’

A subscriber database is more than just a list of the contact details of individuals. A database contains additional information about the consumers, which requires your ability of selecting names from the list using those data elements.

To create the database, either learn technical skills involved; for example, learn to create a MySQL via your web host using tutorials, like those at HostGator at: http://support.hostgator.com/articles/dotnetpanel-dnp/how-to-create-a-mysql-and-mssql-database-windows-shared . Or subscribe to a third party software solution like 1shoppingcart where you set up your subscriber list through them; they handle backups and other maintenance. Software you can purchase like Microsoft Access also has tutorials and other training to help you set up your own database and list.
